Delete your account

01Delete from the app

1. Open LeadConnect and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and open Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm with the code sent to your email, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

Your account is deleted straight away.

02Ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my LeadConnect account. We will delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

03What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: email address and name.
• Your plan, Founding Member number and purchase confirmation record.
• Your badges, share code and friend-joined records.
• When you delete from the app: the leads, notes, reminders and other data on that phone.

04What is not deleted

• Backup files you saved yourself, for example in Google Drive, Gmail or WhatsApp. You can delete those yourself.
• Payment records kept by Google Play under Google’s own policy.
• Emails you sent us, kept only as long as needed to answer you.
