LeadConnect is a product of Hustler’s Code ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the LeadConnect app and this website. Plain words, no fine-print tricks.
02Your data, your control
Your leads, contacts, notes and journal belong to you. They are stored on your phone. Our server keeps only your sign-in details, plan, Founding Member number, badges and share code. See the privacy policy.
03Respectful messaging
LeadConnect never sends messages by itself; you always press send. Do not spam. Follow WhatsApp’s rules and Indian law, and only contact people who are happy to hear from you.
04Follow the law
If you work in direct selling, follow the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and your company’s code of conduct. Make no false or misleading claims.
05No income promises
LeadConnect never guarantees income. You must not promise guaranteed income to anyone while using the app, its templates or its calculators.
06Plans and payments
The free plan includes up to 10 leads. Paid plans are sold only through Google Play Billing, and their prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play’s policies.
07Badges
Badges are for motivation only. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
08Ideas and community polls
Feedback is voluntary. We may use your ideas to improve LeadConnect. Popular ideas may go to a community poll; a winning idea guides what we build but is not a promise of a date.
09Fair use and updates
Please do not misuse, copy or try to break the app. We may update the app and these terms and will show what changed. Using the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
10Your account
You can delete your account at any time. See the delete account page.
